Progressions for Four Movements Using a Suspension Trainer.

Below are video examples of each a push, pull, leg, and core movement with various levels of difficulty for each movement.  They may be strung together to make a short, full body workout. Just chose the appropriate level of difficultly for you. As you get stronger and more comfortable with the movement, you can challenge yourself by progressing to the next level.
